Let's figure this out together
I have been a naturopathic primary care physician and a licensed acupuncturist for 10+ years and have shifted my practice to focus on mental health as I find this to be the root of many conditions and an important place to start. I am currently finishing up my internship for the masters in clinical mental health counseling through Antioch and work with a supervisor. I can counsel under my ND license as we are trained in counseling and do counseling rotations at Bastyr University Health Clinic. I went back to school because I wanted to receive more training specifically with trauma informed and social justice and equity. I currently a member of Generative Healing Arts collective in Georgetown. At GHA, we are an intentional community of practitioners who oriented around three core principles- equity, embodiment, and relational healing. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
What I love about my job is connecting with my patients, and together, we find a path of least resistance to a life that feels fulfilling, joyful, and balanced.
I bring a warm, safe, and non-judgmental presence with plenty of humor and kind regard.
